Local Classes with Mona - Fall 2018 Schedule

Fall Session: September 10-December 22 (15 weeks)
Spring Session: March 19-May 26 (10 weeks)
Registered: $10 per class • Drop-ins: $15

1.  POWER YOGA: Monday, 8:30-9:45am  
(Experience Recommended) Includes Ashtanga-style Sun Salutations and wide variety of poses and techniques from other styles including Hot Yoga. Class pace, challenge is more intense than Vinyasa Flow classes.

2.  BASIC HATHA: Monday, 10am
(Beginners Welcome) You may begin here with no experience. This class practices the foundational yoga poses taught in Beginner’s Essentials.

3.  ALL LEVELS: Tuesday, 9am and Wednesday, 7am
(Beginners Welcome) Highly instructional classes, with modifications offered to increase, or modify the intensity of poses. These non-flowing classes focus on quality attention to alignment and mindful experience.

4.  BEGINNER'S ESSENTIALS: Tuesday, 5:30pm
Beginner’s Essentials is a 5-class series for all ages, sizes, fitness levels. Experienced teachers cover essential poses, class etiquette, breath-work, and foundations of yoga. An ideal first start!

5.  ALL LEVELS: Wednesday, 7pm, All Levels
(Beginners Welcome) Highly instructional classes, with modifications offered to increase, or modify the intensity of poses. These non-flowing classes focus on quality attention to alignment and mindful experience.

There are many yoga philosophies, and Mona's philosophy is based on the deep, rich tradition of yoga along with a beautiful art to the practice. This philosophy focuses on healing from the 'inside out', and benefits the whole person.
