MONA’S NOTES: This first big chunk of training will be the most demanding in terms of length of the entire program. Be prepared. It runs Thursday to Sunday. THREE nights away from home for out-of-town participants and two weekdays, which may require time off a job. From this point on, the weekends are shorter. This is where the rubber meets the road. Are you in?
